Video Marketing

This is no surprise since the increase in video streaming services has skyrocketed during the pandemic. It is predicted that by 2022, 82% of global internet traffic will come from video streaming and downloads.

Visual Search

62% of gen Z and millennial users want visual search more than any other technology. Google, Pinterest and Microsoft are leading the way with features that allow you to find similar products based on things that you upload. We can expect to see this one become more common amongst other platforms.

Voice Search

Over half of all voice searches are done through a mobile phone but just like Siri and Alexa, we can expect to see more voice-activated services coming into the picture in the near future.

Artificial Intelligence

Marketers' use of AI increased 190% from 2018 to 2020. We can expect to continue to see more growth especially as AI is being used as an alternative to cookies and other trackers.

Conversational Marketing

Bots that use real-time chat services are helping increase real-time sales conversions. The service feels much more personalized and prompts users to make quicker purchasing decisions.

Extended Reality

Virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality  are being used more and more to enhance consumer experiences and foster engagement. The reduction in hardware costs is all making these technologies more accessible.

Neuromarketing

A strategy that analyzes and measures people’s brain activity and reactions from their nervous systems to determine which types of content they find engaging be it through eye-tracking or emotional response collection. This practice is quickly becoming more mainstream and helps analyze the efficacy of ads.
