According to a new poll, nearly one-third of US employees believe their current employer does not share their values. The online HR platform Glassdoor, recently launched a new set of filters to assist them in finding a company with which they can feel more aligned.
These new filters enable job seekers to search for positions based on factors such as work/life balance and employee demographic ratings such as race/ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and disabilities.
